Terms of Service
The service
ArcDelta supplies market data. Labs supplies quantitative methods and model output. Terminal is the interface. Output is an estimate from a model or a metric. It is not advice, a prediction you can rely on as fact, or an offer to trade.
Accounts
One TreVmS account holds Terminal access, Labs tiers, and ArcDelta API limits. You keep credentials to yourself. Creating an account means you agree to these terms and that you have read the privacy policy.
Plans and API use
Paid tiers, quotas, and keys are described on the product sites and applied in the account. Do not resell raw feeds or share keys. We may throttle or suspend access that breaks a quota or threatens the service.
Experimental work
Labs marks research and experimental tools. Their interface, method, and numbers can change. Published statistics describe past evaluation, not future performance.
Liability
The services are provided as available. TreVmS is not liable for trading losses or for decisions made from model output. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Dutch law.
