Privacy Policy
Who we are
TreVmS operates the company site and the products ArcDelta, TreVmS Terminal, and TreVmS Labs. Privacy requests: [email protected]. This notice describes what we do with personal data. Creating an account is a contract for the service. It is not a blanket consent to every future use.
Account data
Email address, account identifier, and a cryptographic hash of the authentication credential (Argon2id or bcrypt). We do not store the password itself. Legal basis: performance of the contract and steps before the contract. Kept for the life of the account and a short period after closure needed for security and accounting.
Authentication
Session identifiers, tokens, timestamps, IP address, and user-agent recorded when a session is created. Legal basis: contract and legitimate interest in securing the service. Sessions end when you sign out, revoke them, or they expire.
Payment
Wallet address, invoice, asset, network, and confirmation status when you pay for a plan. A wallet address linked to an account can be personal data. Legal basis: contract. Kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require the invoice record.
Technical data
Edge and application logs may include IP address, user-agent, timestamp, and the URL requested. Cloudflare and the host may process the same fields as processors. Legal basis: legitimate interest in security and operation. Logs are kept for a limited operational window, then deleted or aggregated.
Preferences
Interface language (`trevms.locale`), splash state, and chart or sidebar settings stored in the browser. Legal basis: contract / strictly necessary functionality. They stay on your device until you clear them or they expire (language cookie: one year).
Products
TreVmS Website: company pages and the account. ArcDelta: market-data API, keys, and usage. Terminal: the analysis application. Labs: models, metrics, and research tools. The same account holds plan, API limits, and product access.
Recipients and transfers
Hosting, the edge network (Cloudflare), and any payment rail you choose to complete an invoice. We do not sell personal data and we do not run advertising pixels. If a processor is outside the EEA, we use an appropriate transfer mechanism.
Your rights
Access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to complain to the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Send a request via the contact page. We may need to confirm it is your account before acting.
